Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through petrig-photos.ch, operated by Petrig Solutions, Einsiedeln, Switzerland.
Products
All prints are limited editions. Each image is printed a maximum of ten times. Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.
Prints are produced and framed to order. Frames are handpicked and may vary slightly from product images.
Pricing
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. We ship within Switzerland and to selected European countries.
Returns
As prints are produced to order, returns are only accepted in case of damage during shipping or manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
